In the month of June, there was a complete lack of internet connectivity, even though I had recharged my account just two days prior to this outage. Despite numerous attempts to lodge a complaint, we received no response whatsoever. Come July, they finally reached out to me and offered two months of free service as compensation. However, after just six weeks, we found ourselves once again without an internet connection. Our attempts to contact them were met with the same unresponsiveness as before. By the third month, they had the audacity to demand payment for the previous month, citing that I had agreed to recharge. This kind of service is simply unacceptable, and it is evident that the individuals running this operation lack integrity.

The customer service is quite dreadful, I must say. I waited a good 5-6 minutes on the phone and still no one answered. The internet seems to go on the blink far too often for my liking. And it's rather frustrating that half the time they don't seem to have any solutions.

They'll install your service whenever they please, leaving you in the dark. You can ring them up on all their lines, but don't hold your breath for a reply. Their service is a real letdown!

I am utterly disappointed with my Internet service provider. I am subscribed to the 100 Mbps plan, but I have never reached speeds above 85 Mbps, and even that is a rare occurrence. I have been experiencing packet loss while playing games, and despite trying to contact their customer service for over a month, the executives have not responded adequately. When I asked to speak to a senior representative, they claimed their seniors were too busy to attend to my concerns. Are they stuck in the bathroom for over a month? It is unacceptable that they cannot spare five minutes to take a call.

They are having a launch time between 2:00 pm and 2:45 pm. These chaps won't be providing any support during their launch hours. Their agent informed me to call back today, the 7th of February 2022, and advised to ring them again at 3:00 pm to get the support needed.

Eeesh, the latency is through the roof, the internet connection is as stable as a house of cards, and the packet loss is just off the charts. Absolutely abysmal services all around. They persistently offer false promises, saying things like "Sir, fret not, it will be repaired within an hour," only to repeat the same assurance until 48 hours have elapsed.

THIS BROADBAND DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICE IN PINJORE. This is some fraudulent/illegal operator deceiving people in the name of Esto.

Those who do not believe me can simply request a GST invoice issued by Esto Broadband Private Limited (the legitimate ISP).
