1. Post-sales service - nonexistent
2. Promises kept - absolutely none
3. During the sales process, they will go to great lengths to sell their products, but once payment is received, they show no concern whether the products are properly installed or if they are working. It's a big fat zero.
4. They overcharge for installation services.
5. The manager refuses to speak with customers when issues arise and fails to provide any solutions. Instead, he delegates the task to his disrespectful staff who mistreat customers. If you can outtalk them, you might get a replacement, but an average person stands no chance.
