Located in Kalwa, a short distance from Airoli station, but no need to worry as there are seater rickshaws available for only 20 rupees per seat from Airoli West.

The location is top-notch, however, it's not very welcoming for guests and the security measures are quite high here. There are no seating areas available outside the premises. If you are accompanying an employee, they can enter the campus while you may have to wait outside standing for the entire duration.

I am absolutely chuffed to be part of the Accenture team. I feel incredibly fortunate to have landed a role in such a splendid organization that truly prioritizes the well-being of its employees. The salary increments are top-notch and it's fantastic how Accenture shares profits with its staff members. They also provide excellent travel opportunities.

One aspect that really stands out to me is the ideation process, where employees are encouraged to put forward their ideas for improving the workplace and projects every month. These ideas are then implemented within just 2-3 months after being approved by the ideation team. Additionally, we have regular wellness sessions led by the wellness team every 2-3 weeks, which I find incredibly beneficial.

The support and kindness shown by our team leaders are truly commendable.

Lovely IT park, innit? But the terms and conditions for the facilities are a bit peculiar, don't you think? The owner ought to consider adding a little gate for pedestrians so they can just stroll right in.

The recently developed workspace for Accenture staff is an impressive and impeccably maintained facility in the heart of mindspace. Over 2000 employees commute here daily on weekdays for their duties. The cleanliness standards are exceptional. Furthermore, the personnel at the entrance, reception, and within the building exhibit high levels of politeness and professionalism. The surroundings of the campus boast lush greenery. Two canteens are available, one on the first floor and another on the fifth floor. Additionally, there is a Health and Wellness Center on the first floor, along with a fantastic gymnasium on the ground floor. The employees of this multinational corporation have access to all the necessary amenities within their campus, making it a truly remarkable corporate establishment overall.

Oh dear, what a disappointing experience. It seems like the security booth placement could be improved by having it at the main gate, but then again, that might cause traffic jams on the road. The identification process appears to be a bit inefficient without mindspace ID. It's always a hassle when there are unnecessary detours for vehicles, isn't it? And a strict no smoking zone can be quite a nuisance for some. It's a shame that apart from the Gigaplex building, there aren't many places to sit around. From your description, it sounds like the buildings could use some sprucing up to avoid that dungeon or old hospital vibe. It's surprising to hear that dustbins are scarce in the campus. Despite these shortcomings, it's good to know that the security guards are generally polite, even if they tend to talk a lot. If I had to give a negative rating, I might consider something like -3000! 😁

A covered walkway is essential as taxis aren't allowed right up to the building. So, in case of rain, you can walk there... simple thing, Mindspace doesn't have its own Mind.

The dining options at the Food Court are quite satisfactory. I recommend indulging in the delectable treats from Temptation Food Corner and Mojos, as well as trying out the savory offerings from Domino's. For a top-notch dining experience, head over to 91 Burgers on the ground floor. Their burgers are a definite must-try. However, I would advise against opting for their vegetarian wraps as they may not be as impressive.
