I must say, I was rather disappointed by the subpar service at this Hypermarket. With only one billing counter in operation, it took a staggering 1.5 hours just to generate a simple bill. Quite a frustrating experience, I must say.

However, I have to deduct two stars because the store seems poorly managed and the product sections are disorganized. Additionally, the staff appear unhelpful and untrained, which can be quite frustrating for customers. On a positive note, they have opened a new outlet in Rewari, which shows progress.

Absolutely dreadful experience, please avoid visiting.
The staff is incredibly unprofessional.
They couldn't care less about customer service.

Toxic attitude from the staff, no willingness to assist customers.
You'll need to bring your own shopping bags as they charge for them.

When we visited the hypermarket in Rewari, I accidentally left my purse somewhere and was quite distraught. However, to my surprise and delight, a kind member of the staff found it and returned it to me. I am truly grateful for their honesty and quick action. I had a terrible experience at this Hypermarket. The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. One female staff member even told me she didn't need customers like me in front of others, and another male employee at the first counter got into an argument with me because an item didn't have a price tag. I've never faced such poor service anywhere else I've shopped. This was the worst experience and I definitely won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there either. Absolutely zero stars.

Upon washing the dress for the first time, the color ran and stained the entire garment. The staff at the store were unhelpful and advised me to contact customer service for quality concerns. Even small shops offer guarantees for the first wash, yet Vishal, as a prominent brand, seems solely focused on pushing subpar products. It has been 3 days and I am still awaiting a resolution from Vishal's customer care.

Update: I emailed customer service with photos on June 24th, providing complaint number #00590444. It has now been 8 days and I have yet to receive a response.
