This store, Automize Everything, run by shop owner Pratik Khandelwal, in Akola, is an absolute swindle. I had the misfortune of buying solar-operated cameras for my farm about eight months ago, and they turned out to be duplicates. After a week, the cameras stopped working, and it took them four months to replace them with what seemed like better quality cameras. However, these also failed after just two weeks. It became apparent that they were using second-hand cameras. When we demanded a refund after enduring this for eight long months, they started avoiding our calls. Eventually, after numerous visits, we did manage to get INR 12000 back, after deducting INR 5000 from the total amount paid of INR 17000. I strongly urge others not to waste their money at this shop, as the products are unreliable and the customer service is nonexistent. Stay away from this shop and its owner, Pratik Khandelwal.
