Great place for shopping, could be even better if they provided training to their staff on "customer support". I observed a few things:
- Staff don't seem pleased when customers arrive (at least they don't appear happy)
- No one seems to care about customers
- Not very "happy to help" at all

I popped into Reliance Digital Rohtak today to pick up an air purifier, and it was quite a letdown, I must say. The blokes were rather brusque and not too keen on lending a hand, if you catch my drift. The selection of air purifiers was rather paltry, making it a bit of a task to find the right one. And if that wasn't enough, they had the cheek to slap on extra charges for financing the gizmo, which left a bad taste in me gob. Despite me mentioning me other payment preferences, the lot kept harping on about paying by credit card. All in all, not a place I'd recommend popping into. Quite the unpleasant experience, if I do say so meself!

I have had an absolutely dreadful experience with this reliance digital product. I placed an order for a product, they accepted both the order and payment, but now they are claiming that the product is unavailable. This is completely false, and to make matters worse, they are not responding to my emails. I have even taken to Twitter to express my frustration, and unless they rectify the situation soon, they will find themselves in serious trouble. What's more, the product was advertised as being available for instant delivery within 3 hours, yet it has now been over 27 hours and there is still no sign of it. Unacceptable!

I purchased headphones from a website, and they promised delivery within 3 hours since the store is located in the same city. However, it has been over 24 hours, and I have not received the product or any notification of delay. Customer service has been unresponsive. Despite Reliance being a reputable brand, the service provided in this instance has been subpar. I advise against relying on Reliance Digital in the future.

I bought a TCL 55P655 TV and within 3 days of purchase, I noticed that the screen color tone was turning pink after some time. I immediately filed a complaint, but it's been 5 days now and no one has come to look at it. I've called Reliance Digital and the TCL team multiple times, but nobody seems to care once they've made the sale. The service from both Reliance Digital Rohtak and TCL India is absolutely terrible.

After a month of waiting, my TV was finally replaced with a new one.
