So, one fine day I ventured into this store (HP World) in Yamuna Nagar to purchase an HP Omen which costs 1,04,000 rupees. The store owner then informed me about an offer where if I exchanged my old laptop, I would receive an 8000 rupee discount on top of its value. Excitedly, I finalized the purchase, but later the owner informed me that the dealer was unreachable. I understood the situation and headed home, patiently waiting for a call. After a full day passed with no update, I contacted the owner who mentioned that the particular laptop was not currently available and asked me to wait for 3 or 4 days. Five days later, I called back, only to be told to wait again. Feeling puzzled, I decided to visit the shop in person, and to my surprise, the owner made a feeble excuse and left abruptly. I couldn't comprehend his behavior. Subsequently, I visited another Dell store where they had HP laptops. Inquiring about the HP Omen, they confirmed its availability, raising questions as to why the official HP store didn't have it. Upon asking about the exchange offer, I was informed that there was no such offer for this laptop model. It dawned on me that the owner of HP World had misunderstood the offer due to a comma, leading me to also misinterpret it. Instead of admitting his mistake, he misled me for a week. Disheartened by this experience, I've lost interest in purchasing an HP laptop.

The laptop emporium is simply dreadful, I must say. I've purchased three laptops from there, and every single one was faulty. Not only were they supposed to be exchanged for new ones as per their policy, but the store manager also inexplicably dragged their feet on the matter, allowing the window for replacement to close. Quite the unsatisfactory experience, I must say!

I'm not satisfied with the service. I handed over my laptop to have new hinges installed, but it's still loose after the service. They charged me the same amount as for a brand-new product and then had the audacity to say, "abhi aapka lappy kaam chlane layak krr diya hai." 😭🤷‍♂️ …
