The individuals assisting me appeared to lack the necessary training and professionalism when it came to basic problem-solving and attending to customers. It took me a frustrating 1.5 months of following up to get a replacement for my ASUS mouse, and even then, it felt like a complete waste of time and energy. I strongly advise against visiting this store for either sales or services, even if it seems like your only option. You'd be better off heading to the service center in Dombivali, Thane instead.
