This store in Durgapur is absolutely rubbish. They charge an arm and a leg for laptop repairs, and the staff are so rude and uncultured. They don't know how to treat customers. The prices for laptops and accessories are way higher than what you can find online. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this shop and consider other options or buying online instead.

The products are fine. I only gave 2 stars because they seem to only showcase their products in a pleasant manner to the ladies. When I visited, they hurriedly showed me around as if I wasn't a paying customer, failing to fully explain the product specifications. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue. Disappointing staff 😑...

I bought a laptop from their HP Pavilion series. The laptop was supposed to come with a lifetime free MS Office, but instead of providing the original software, they gave me a fake version. They took my original MS Office and replaced it with a counterfeit one. They deceived me, and it seems like many other customers have been victims of this scam as well. Whenever I try to contact them, they insist that I visit their store as they don't have time to talk over the phone. This is pure fraud. If IT Bazar has any courage, they should reach out to me or respond to my review.

Great store! I recently purchased a laptop from this shop and I must say it was a pleasant experience. When you arrive, they unbox the laptop right in front of you and give you a demonstration. The best part is that you can even negotiate the price. And as an added bonus, they throw in a wireless mouse and a laptop bag for free with your purchase. Highly recommend checking them out!
