It's quite unfortunate to mention that IT bazar has not honored the warranty for my hard disk for the past three years. Each time I inquire, they claim that their delivery vehicle has been held up due to sales tax issues, thus preventing the return. I advise against purchasing any spare parts from IT bazar as their after-sales warranty service is truly disappointing.

I recently visited this computer store and was quite disappointed with my experience. I purchased some PC parts, including a Zotac GT 710 2GB DDR3 graphics card for Rs 3500. Later on, I discovered that the same card is available on Amazon for only Rs 2848. When I went back on April 10, 2017 to inquire about a GTX 750 Ti, they didn't have it in stock. One employee even had to look up the price on Flipkart, which was quoted at Rs 13,500 for a Gigabyte non-OC version. Overall, I would advise against making purchases from this store.
