Welcome to IT Bazaar: Your Computer Store in Durgapur

If you are looking for a one-stop computer store in Durgapur, then IT Bazaar might come to your mind. However, based on various customer experiences, it seems that the shop offers a mixed bag of services and products.

Product Offerings and Amenities

IT Bazaar claims to provide a wide range of electronics, from laptops to components needed for assembly. However, many customers have voiced their concerns over the quality and authenticity of products, with reports of overpriced items and poor customer service. On a positive note, they offer several payment options including debit cards, credit cards, and Google Pay.

Service Options and Repair Services

One of the notable features of IT Bazaar is its assembly service and repair services. Unfortunately, reviews indicate that many customers have been left disappointed by their lack of troubleshooting skills. For instance, issues with laptops purchased from IT Bazaar remain unresolved even after service visits.

Customer Feedback: A Mixed Bag

While some customers report excellent service and a good selection of products, many express frustration over perceived fraud and unprofessional behavior. A recurring theme is the inconsistency in repair services, where technicians may disconnect parts rather than providing proper fixes.

Accessibility and Convenience

For those planning a visit, IT Bazaar features a wheelchair-accessible entrance and an accessible car park, making it relatively easy for all visitors. Additionally, they offer online appointments and in-store pick-up services for added convenience.

Final Thoughts

In conclusion, while IT Bazaar advertises itself as a comprehensive computer store with various offerings, potential customers should be cautious. The store's mixed reputation suggests that thorough research and consideration of alternatives may lead to a more satisfying shopping experience. If you do choose to visit, be prepared to evaluate products and services critically, and don’t hesitate to seek better options elsewhere.

The IT store in Durgapur is an absolute nightmare, mate. The after-sales service is shockingly poor, and the owner's attitude post-purchase is just downright rude. Stay clear, folks!
Nicole Rivera (29/06/25, 10:46 pm):
Not very good behavior at all, I must say.
Douglas Baker (28/06/25, 2:27 am):
The product knowledge of this store is quite lacking, aimed more towards the average customer.
Daisy Sanchez (27/06/25, 12:55 pm):
The store seems to be well-stocked with components and accessories, so anyone can expect to find exactly what they need. However, I was disappointed to find that they only carry limited quantities of common items like laptop cooling pads. Even then, the quality of these products is questionable, with local brands dominating the shelves for a hefty price tag.

I visited the store after seeing numerous ads showcasing their range of accessories, particularly for laptops. I inquired about basic accessories like laptop stands, pouches, holders, microfiber cloths, and cleaning kits, but to my dismay, they had none in stock. The selection was limited to a few HP mouse and keyboard sets priced at an unreasonable 1400+ rupees. It's baffling!

When I asked about headsets, I found an HP headset priced at 550 rupees elsewhere being sold here for 850-900 rupees. It makes no sense to overspend when you can get the same product for significantly less elsewhere.

For beginners, I would advise against visiting this store. As for professionals, perhaps money can buy anything, but paying extra for no reason just doesn't sit right. It seems like this shop prioritizes outdated Lenovo laptops and cheap components over essential accessories. A disappointment indeed.
Louis Ramirez (26/06/25, 11:49 pm):
The attitude of the sellers is quite poor, mate. They've got a fake ego, innit? They don't even have proper knowledge about hardware and software, just relying on the internet, you know. Bit rubbish, if you ask me.
Judy Ramos (25/06/25, 3:47 am):
The store owner ain't got no time to mingle with customers, but the rest of the staff are spot on and real helpful.
Stephanie Gomez (24/06/25, 8:22 am):
I had a dreadful experience with this place. There's a complete lack of transparency in their operations and most of the parts I needed were not available. I reckon they'd do better running a street food stall than an IT store.
Kathryn Watson (23/06/25, 4:34 am):
Decent spot for all your computer needs, but could use more staff for service. If you're looking to get your laptop or desktop fixed, I'd suggest inquiring if they can do the work in front of you first. Otherwise, you might have to leave your device there, which I know isn't ideal. Overall, it's an okay place to check out.
Stephen Price (22/06/25, 4:03 pm):
The prices are quite reasonable, with an impressive 80% availability of products. Additionally, the level of service provided is also commendable.
Zachary Coleman (19/06/25, 8:05 pm):
Indeed, this establishment is one of the longstanding stores in the Dgp Benachity vicinity. The staff members exhibit commendable service and the pricing is quite reasonable as well.
David Foster (17/06/25, 1:17 pm):
A properly well-rounded store, if you ask me. The staff are alright, I suppose. It's definitely worth purchasing from here instead of heading over to reliance trends.
Leonard Kim (17/06/25, 10:03 am):
I had a rather unpleasant experience at this shop. It seems like they believe they are the only laptop seller in Durgapur. It is not a marketplace exclusive to them, after all. The attitude and service felt quite lacking, almost like a shady marketplace. Perhaps they could take some notes on customer service from the owners of HP World.
Mary Kim (12/06/25, 5:06 pm):
One of the shop's finest qualities is the shopkeeper's willingness to haggle prices to accommodate your budget. The service provided is truly exceptional. Customers feel at ease and confident when making purchases here.
Samuel Ward (12/06/25, 6:31 am):
ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE AND YOU CAN RECEIVE PROMPT RESPONSES TO YOUR QUERIES...I PARTICULARLY APPRECIATE THAT...AND IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A PURCHASE, THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH DETAILED INFORMATION. EVEN IF AN ITEM IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE, THEY WILL INFORM YOU ABOUT THE EXPECTED RESTOCK DATE. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS DELIGHTFUL.
Shirley Jackson (10/06/25, 11:51 pm):
There is so much rush here. If you complete the IT course, especially from Muchipara, you will easily get a job here.
Jean Johnson (10/06/25, 2:05 pm):
I recently bought my computer from IT Bazar for ₹ 45000. Within a year, I had to take it to their Repair department due to a noisy fan issue. Rather than resolving the problem, they decided to disconnect the cooling fan wire from the cabinet, stating that the CPU fan alone should be enough. This contradicted their earlier recommendation of adding an extra fan. The inconsistent guidance and failure to address the original issue left me feeling dissatisfied.

I would advise others to approach IT Bazar Repair's services with caution and suggest being mindful when utilizing their services.
