One of the hinges on me laptop was broken, and the outer panel of the screen had gotten detached from its base panel. The bloke fixed the hinge, reattached the screen panel, gave the laptop a good clean, and handed it back in tip-top working order. The price was reasonable, and the bloke really knows his stuff when it comes to computers. Plus, he's proper professional when dealing with customers. Cheers!
