The service here is absolutely dreadful. I brought in my laptop to address a hinge issue, and the left side of the display strip, spanning 3 cm, had turned white. I'd been managing with this for a year by adjusting the resolution, as it was perfectly parallel to the screen and didn't bother me. However, when I gave them my laptop to fix the hinge problem, they somehow made the display issue worse and refused to take responsibility for it. They claimed that such problems just escalate on their own, but hey, if it had been growing for a year, why did it suddenly worsen once I handed over my laptop to them? Incredible! Now they're insisting that I replace the display, which wasn't even my initial concern. As a result, my laptop display is now showing faulty lines and needs to be replaced. The most frustrating part is their unwillingness to admit fault.
Overall, it was a nightmarish experience. Despite paying for the service, they only provided me with a flimsy receipt. When I inquired about an original receipt, they mentioned that an 18% GST would need to be added. Why not inform customers upfront about the total cost including GST? Why wait until later to mention it in an attempt to save on taxes?
I'm not writing this out of anger, but rather out of genuine disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service.🙂

Absolutely dreadful service! I brought my Asus laptop in to have a 256GB NVME m.2 added, but during the installation process, they managed to spark a circuit and claimed it couldn't be installed, ultimately damaging my laptop. Frustrated, I decided to seek help from Supercomputers. They were able to troubleshoot using the old SSD and successfully upgraded to the new one without any issues. The difference in service quality was like night and day!

I took my laptop to get the hinges fixed at this computer store. They charged me 1300, and it was working well for about a week. But then the screen started flickering, so I had to bring it to another repair shop. It turns out that the first store had attached the hinges with just plain old glue, didn't even secure the display screws properly, and even damaged one of the screw holders. It was a dreadful experience, I would recommend steering clear of this store for any laptop repairs.

It became exceedingly difficult to get any form of assistance from them, which, in all honesty, is just not on for any respectable establishment. My recommendation? I must say, the services provided here are beyond abysmal. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this establishment. The level of service is practically non-existent, leaving much to be desired. One might as well be throwing their money away on a worthless endeavor. I wouldn't even consider acquiring something as minor as a memory card reader from this place. It's highly likely that their products are counterfeit.
