Last time I got a laptop, they included a bag with it, but this time they charged extra for the bag to raise funds for the new store. The authentic computer store seems to have lost its authenticity. When I bought a laptop this time, they did not provide a bag, claiming that the company had stopped offering them. However, when I visited another computer shop, they were still giving out bags. I truly regret buying from this store.

I do not recommend this store at all. I had a terrible experience there. I went to Genuine Computers seeking help with a problem, and instead of solving it, they ended up damaging my laptop by forcefully tightening it until the body broke. It seemed like they did it on purpose just to make extra money. Such a low mentality from the people there.

The Computer store is top-notch and the store owner is great. However, the replacement manager, Dinesh Pandey, leaves a lot to be desired. He provided me with a damaged product as a replacement. When I visited the official HP store directly, they informed me that my replacement product had been sent 15 days ago and the Genuine store had given me an old, used product instead.
