I recently updated my Windows 10 and SSD at AR Computer for 10k. The cost of a 128 GB SSD in the market is around 1800, but they charged me 2800. I didn't question them at the time. However, after one month, my laptop started restarting automatically in the middle of important office work. When I ran tests, it showed that there was an SSD malfunction.
When I brought the laptop back to AR Computer, they denied everything and were quite rude. They insisted that it was a computer issue rather than an SSD problem. Even when I showed them a screenshot indicating the SSD malfunction, they ignored it and asked, "Who knows more about computers, you or me?"
If an SSD typically comes with a three-year warranty, why are they ignoring it? It seems like they may have given me a used SSD and are now unwilling to address the issue.
This place seems to be engaged in fraudulent practices. I recommend double-checking the prices of parts at other service centers and comparing them with AR Computer's prices. You may be surprised by the difference.
